INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS - COVID 19



Thanks to you and our team, we make it possible for Apartaments Gibert to exist and to continue improving every day, adapting to new situations. That is why people are our priority and we want to inform you that our establishment is continuously updated on the preventive measures and protocols on the coronavirus, and so we are doing our best to keep our customers and workers safe,  and make their stay with us more than pleasant.






We offer the possibility to check in online. In-person check-in with only one member per reservation carrying this person the documentation of all guests.

We have a protective screen inside our office and the keys will be delivered disinfected.

The stay in the apartment begins between 12 p.m. and 14h p.m on arrival day.

Our employees have personal protective equipment and have received training to offer our services with all the necessary safety guarantees.

We have information posters and hydroalcoholic gel at different points in common areas of our facilities.

We guarantee the disinfection of the spaces before the entry of each guest  and we inform you that we have removed all unnecessary textile and decorative elements from the accommodation and we frequently clean the passage areas, such as elevator buttons, railings, ...

We ask that during your stay, you take these simple measures to reduce the risk of contracting the virus:

The use of mask is mandatory for all people over the age of 6.

Wash your hands regularly and apply alchohol gel.

Ventilate all rooms daily. If you feel unwell, have a fever or develop a cough, stay in your accomodation and call the reception / contact person using a telephone and they will give you the necessary advice. You can stay inside the apartment no later than the last day of the stay.



 


If you have been in contact with a person who is ill or has symptoms of Covid-19 during the 14 days prior to your planned stay, you must cancel the reservation.

Now our cancellation policy is more flexible:


If the reason for the cancellation is the mobility restrictions imposed by the authorities derived from the Covid-19, the establishment will issue a voucher valid during one year.
